PROLOGUE
MikomiTsuki, a half breed of vixen and Lupe, was torn between two packs. To be with the wild Lupes, or to be shunned, yet have immense spiritual power with the Foxes. Who should she choose? Or more importantly, should she choose? She was only a three moons old pup. How could the Koshin Lupe Pack, and the Spectra Vixen Renegades make her choose between her mother's or her father's past? Of course both packs killed her parents after they found the pup, but thought she had immense value, and wanted her to stay with their own. Inside the Shikonen Forest,
she took care of herself, caught her own food, with some help from the Forest Spirits, the ChiKis.

ChiKis are always helpful, unless that certain being had no right to be there. They have a peculiar look, as they are extremely small, about 5-6 inches, and have a leaf upon their head with cut holes to see through. ChiKis act like small children growing up in a world where there is no harm, no evil, no love, but when they tilt their heads it tilts back and makes a clicking sound. Click, click, click,
click, click...

When we meet up with MikomiTsuki, she is still a pup, seven moons later. She had kept her age because of the Eternal Pond, but only by mistake. The ChiKis were helping MikomiTsuki finding water so she may drink, but they made a mistake
of which Pond it was. You see, there are four different types of magical ponds. The Eternal pond to make you stay the same age you are when you drink, the Forsaken Pond, the Forbidden Pond, and the Element Pond. The Element Pond is what makes ChiKis. Small children get lost in the Shikonen Forest frequently, so the forest leads them to the Element Pond to drink, usually when they are extremely thirsty. Then they become eternally grateful to the Forest, and stay within, gradually turning into a full ChiKi forest spirit.

Well, what do you think? As I've said earlier, it's not finished. Just neomail me...or post it here. -listens to Fukai Mori- -sighs- How much this song touches my heart...
